- I started with the Geek Squad as a Counter Intelligence Agent, which provides repair solutions and upgrades to personal computers, desktops and laptops alike, as well as Apple computers.

Moved to the Double Agent role within Geek Squad, which allowed me to perform the duties above, as well as install and support routers and networks in clients homes or businesses. I also became Apple software certified for Geek Squad, and was qualified to setup, configure, network and install operating software onto Apple computers.

Finally, I moved into a leadership role with Geek Squad as the Deputy of Counter Intelligence at a local Best Buy store. I was responsible for the entire Geek Squad department, which includes personnel, processes,as well as the shipping and receiving of product. This last role was considered a leadership role within Best Buy, included a supervisor title and all benefits entitled within.
