| Boogie Inc., 6813 Whiteoak Drive Pensacola, Florida | | Feb, 2006-Currently | | Disk Jockey | - I started off at Boogie Inc. as an equipment tech, who would set up the sound equipment and break it down at the end of the show. I have been a DJ with them ever since my first gig in '06. My duties are to be at the event site an hour ahead of time, set up the sound equipment, play music and orchestrate the event/party, then break it all down and take it back to Boogie Inc. headquarters.

I usually made 150 cones, 50 kids cones, and 150 waffle bowls. I would then clean the dishes, sweep the store and leave, each shift being within 5 minutes of 4 hours.
| | | | Philly's, 3900 Chreighton Rd. Pensacola, Fl | | July, 2010-Dec, 2010 | | Grill Operator | - I would prepare the produce and meat for the shift, as an opener. Turn the grill on and cook delicious philly-style cheesesteaks for 6 hours, then would re-stock everything (usually a few times during the shift as well) clean my area and the dishes, sweep and leave.
| | | | JR's Steakery, Inside the food court in Cordova Mall, Pensacola, Fl | | Nov, 2009-May, 2010 | | Kitchen Staff | - I would open the store, turn everything on, prepare the produce and meat, stock everything, and begin cooking orders. I would cook, re-stock, entertain customers, and clean during the whole shift, then at the end of my shift, would clean and stock the station for the next cook and go home.
| | | | Dollar General, 4081 E. Olive Rd. Pensacola, Fl | | Jan, 2008-Sep, 2009 | | Store Clerk | - I was the cashier, and kept the front of the store stocked and clean during my shift. At the end of my shift, I would clean the store and stock and block all the shelves and displays.
