I started at Concord Care as the Restorative/Wound Care nurse. During that time, I took MDS training and after one year of employment, I was appointed to the MDS Coordinator position when it was vacated. After approximately 9 months of MDS experience, I was recruited to become the Director of Nursing when that job became available.
