Contract work is also done by the special events coordinator, in that the negotiation of prices and being able to maintain a limited budget is very key. Communication between the Multi-media coordinator, Music Coordinator, and Executive Producer allows this position to run on efficiency and with a greater impact towards the students needs. Special events may include anything from a small gift booth to a festival of music and other arts/crafts.
