In this dual-capability role, you will assist sales personnel in technical problem solving for existing customers and serve as key engineering point of contact for prospective customers. The Sales Program Manager also develops estimates for new business opportunities and actively participates in the sale of the company’s capabilities—all the while exhibiting company core values of courage, respect, cooperation, determination and foresight. To qualify, you should possess a background in the metals industry—although one in plastics will be considered—and have three years’ experience in a similar role. Exceptional self-motivational, organizational, written- and verbal-communication skills and a strong service orientation will enhance your success in this position. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or some other type of engineering is also required.
