Education Requirements:
  • Fabrication Business Development Manager
  • Phoenix, AZ, St. Augustine, FL and Dallas, TX
  • In this challenging position, you will need to consistently generate new sales and new clients in a new territory, alongside serving existing clients. Your days will be spent setting up appointments for face-to-face meetings and working with customers to deliver value-added solutions to their specific needs while exhibiting core values of courage, respect, cooperation, determination and foresight. To qualify, you should possess a background in the metals industry—although one in plastics will be considered—and have three years’ experience in a consultative role that combines superior sales prowess with demonstrated technical expertise. A proven track record of self-generated leads resulting in sales excellence is a must since new business development is crucial to success in this role.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or some other type of Engineering is also required.

Experience Requirements:
  • Although already an elevated position, this opportunity provides great potential for increased upward mobility. You can also expect relocation assistance, 401K dollar-for-dollar-match up to 4%, comprehensive benefit plans, strong incentive-based compensation in addition to base salary (you could potentially earn up to six figures), an automobile allowance and the autonomy of working from a home office.*
