• • Must possess superior written & verbal communication skills.
• • Ability to take direction but work independently and prioritize tasks.
• • Demonstrate superior organizational and interpersonal skills; able to multi-task.
• • Must be comfortable working to deadline on a frequent basis.
• • Flexible in handling a variety of tasks and job sharing duties.
• • Must be a TEAM PLAYER.
• • Must execute sound judgment and use diplomacy handling sensitive matters.
• • Must be able to juggle a complex schedule of appointments and exercise considerable discretion and finesse in dealing with all business matters.
• • Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• • Candidates must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, and open to using and learning new programs
• • Must have a happy, pleasant, friendly, outgoing personality even when handling customer conflict resolution.
• • Knowledge of basic accounting skills a plus.
• • Typing speed 60 words per minute.
