• FUNDRAISING TO HELP DISADVANTAGE PEOPLE BY TEACHING ENGLISH
• We have coordinated a fund that raising money by teaching English from volunteers of native English speaking countries to help vulnerable people in our program.
• The money raised in this project will be directly distributed into charity purposes, example: giving scholarship for poor students or donating to victims of agent orange etc, in this case you are required to be a main decision maker. With this project the volunteer receives $300 pocket money per month. All the accommodation is provided by our organization, international volunteers won?t have to pay for their living costs. Participants are highly recommended to take part in more than one project.
• In Vietnam, English is a popular course of study for Vietnamese students, and chances are good that a native English speaker will be a highly valued member of the faculty. Surprisingly enough, volunteers probably won?t spend the entire time teaching students; they may be called upon to teach other professors English skills as well. Moreover they can teach as a teacher of part-time conversational classes. Many Vietnamese adults choose to learn English and attend evening classes by choice, and native-speaking teachers are always in needed.
• To take part in this program, you are required a four-year college degree in any subject, and preferably TEFL/CELTA certificates. While certification is not necessary, it will increase your chance of landing a good job.
